Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated Cabinet Builder to join our shop team and help bring our custom, high-end cabinetry from raw material to finished product. If you take pride in precise, quality craftsmanship and want to be part of a collaborative, skilled team, we'd love to talk with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and face frames from shop drawings and cut lists
- Operate shop machinery such as panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, and sanders
- Assemble and fit components with precision to ensure square, tight-tolerance construction
- Apply hardware, hinges, and drawer slides accurately and consistently
- Read and interpret shop drawings and material takeoffs
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and craftsmanship before they move to finishing or install
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop work area
- Collaborate with drafters, finishers, and installers to keep projects moving on schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinetmaking, woodworking, or a related trade (2+ years preferred)
- Comfortable and safe operating shop machinery and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with a commitment to craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work with heavy materials.
- A valid driver’s license (for potential on-site installations).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of different wood types and finishes.
- Formal training in woodworking, cabinetmaking, or carpentry
- Experience with CNC or Cabinet Vision-driven production
- Familiarity with residential and commercial cabinetry standards

The ideal person possesses a strong understanding of design principles and has experience in various design software however we are willing to train the right person. This role involves collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. An eye for aesthetics and function is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed drafts and renderings using Cabinet Vision Software.
- Develop design concepts that are aesthetic and function properly.
- Prepare presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Oversee the remodeling and renovation processes, ensuring adherence to contracts and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to design as well as double checking measurements.
- Maintain organized documentation of all design projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Design software knowledge in Cabinet Vision. (Not required but preferred)
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction processes helpful.
- Strong Communication skills, in person, over phone/email.
- Self-Starter
